Duvet was very dirty, i always pull tge duvet out of the cover whenever staying at a Premier because i get too hot at night. Well, this is the first time i have ever seen something so dirty. Staines all over it. One looks like urine stain.

Needs an air con system as the fans didn't work brilliantly although assisted us but it was 31°! Comfortable enough tho.

We stayed here for RIAT (close to both Blue and Red routes), and the staff were all so lovely. They gave us a little bag with water and some food in when we were heading out on the Saturday to help out with the hot weather, and whist I don't expect air con in a British hotel (especially in a somewhat older Premier Inn) the big fan in the room was very much appreciated and helped a lot. The food at the Brewers Fayre next door was good and well priced.

Great service checking in, located in an Industrial Park area. There’s a Harvester a couple of miles up the road which I highly recommend, book a table beforehand though to be sure to get one.

Standard Premier Inn design and operation hotel.
Nice large and free car park.
Room was large and clean, and even with the windows open wasn't too noisy. The location appears to be near where the local boy racers to their "laps" so in the evening every so often loud cars with "popping" exhausts could be heard a little distance away, but that could have been a one off, and was finished by 9pm.
Friendly, helpful staff.
A nice little chain pub on the other side of the car park where there was equally friendly staff and where the food was fine and the beer served at the right temperature. Very early closing time though. I can't remember heading a bell and the words "last orders please" in a very long time!

I couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. The staff are kind, friendly and efficient. Special mention to Oliver, who went that extra mile and also Caroline who served me at dinner.
My room was spotless, bed comfy and the shower amazing!
The two meals I had were excellent - both dinner and breakfast. I would certainly stay here again.

Premier inn need to spend some money on this hotel as very dated. Rooms very dark, not much lighting. Staff in the pub are very arrogant

Myself and my partner stayed on new yrs eve 2023. Room was lovely and warm . Receptionist was brilliant she booked us a table at Brewster fayre there and then . We had breakfast there as well. Plenty to choice from worth the money.

Fairly well appointed hotel. Served it's purpose as a business stop over just fine. Main issue is the extremely creaky stairs and flooring and the less than soundproof rooms. Could comfortably hear goings on in other rooms when walking the corridors.
Receptionist was extremely helpful on check in and when resolving an issue around pre booked breakfast. Benefits from having brewers fair across the road for a great value morning eat. Vending machine in reception is welcome albeit expensive. 2.30 for a bottle of water really does take the mick.
Will choose this hotel again however as all in all better than similar price point locations in the town.

Hotel was fine but the problem was the pub next door, which must be the connected, told us we couldn’t even go for a drink in the pub on the Saturday evening because there was a private disco on! We were hoping to eat there but no tables available. They were advertising BT sports but now we were told that the private disco was in the bar so no football on! My husband was furious as he has been looking forward to watching the match all day! When the receptionist from the hotel went over to the pub to ask what was happening she was told the disco was available for anyone but that is not what we were told!
